            MOUNTAIN VIEW FIRE AND POLICE ARE NOW INDICATING THAT
            NEARLY ALL CITY STREETS IN THE CITY ARE FLOODING. THERE
            IS ALSO A SECTION OF HIGHWAY 17 THAT IS NOW FLOODING.
