Garrett... southern Washington... southern Westmoreland... Greene...
Fayette... Monongalia... eastern Wetzel... northern Tucker... Preston and
Marion counties...

* at 959 am EST, radar showed a line of thunderstorms quickly moving
east and resulting in heavy rain across the warned area. Locations
could see an additional 1/2 inch fall in 30 minutes or less.
Multiple Road closures have already been reported by emergency
management officials. Conditions are likely to worsen over the
next several hours with multiple periods of moderate to heavy rain
likely.

Flooding... already occuring.

Estimated rainfall... between 1 and 2 inches has already fallen

additional rainfall... up to 1 inch.

Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, including the following
areas, in western Maryland, Garrett. In east central Ohio,
Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum, and Noble. In southwest
Pennsylvania, Fayette, Fayette ridges, Greene, Washington,
Westmoreland, and Westmoreland ridges. In West Virginia,
eastern Preston, eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia,
Ohio, Preston, ridges of eastern Monongalia and northwestern
Preston, western Tucker, and Wetzel.

* Until 8 PM EST this evening

* from heavy rainfall with several waves of showers and
thunderstorms from last night.
